2-2121 features a smooth, oil-resistant PVC cover supported by a tightly interwoven polyester carcass, providing durability, flexibility, and clean product release. Special additives are blended into the PVC compound to improve resistance to animal and vegetable oils, making it suitable for food-handling environments where exposure to fats and processing fluids is common. This construction also accepts specialty fabrication exceptionally well, allowing the addition of cleats, guides, and other custom features.
