Conveyor Systems & Integration

BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA · THE SOUTHEAST
FROM EQUIPMENT PROBLEMS
TO NEW SYSTEMS

Reliable Automation designs, builds and installs conveyor systems around the products, space and production requirements of your facility. From individual transfers to complete lines, we bring mechanical equipment and controls together to improve product movement, reduce handling problems and connect new equipment with existing operations.

Conveyor system design and layouts

We develop conveyor layouts around product size, weight, orientation and required throughput. Equipment placement, elevations and access are considered together to create practical product paths while preserving space for operators, maintenance and surrounding operations.

Conveyor fabrication and installation

We fabricate and install conveyor equipment suited to the application, from new sections to modifications of existing systems. Mechanical fit, mounting and installation sequence are coordinated with the facility to limit disruption and prepare the equipment for testing and startup.

Product transfers and accumulation

We design transfers and accumulation arrangements that manage product spacing, orientation and movement between machines. Attention to these transition points helps reduce jams, unstable transfers and unnecessary stops when adjacent equipment operates at different rates.

Integration with existing equipment

We connect new conveyors and machinery to existing production equipment through mechanical modifications and controls integration. Focused upgrades can address a bottleneck, add a process or accommodate a new product while retaining equipment that still serves the operation well.

Controls integration, testing, and startup

We integrate conveyor controls, check operating sequences and test product flow through the completed system. Commissioning addresses how the equipment starts, stops and responds to changing conditions, helping uncover operating issues before the system enters routine production.
