FROM EQUIPMENT PROBLEMS
TO NEW SYSTEMS
Reliable Automation provides PLC programming, HMI and SCADA support, and industrial controls troubleshooting from Birmingham, Alabama. We diagnose equipment faults, improve machine sequences and integrate controls with new or modified equipment, connecting software changes with the mechanical and electrical systems they operate.
PLC troubleshooting and programming
We troubleshoot PLC logic and develop or modify programs for industrial equipment. Reviewing the program alongside field devices and machine operation helps resolve sequence faults, identify missing conditions and distinguish software problems from mechanical or electrical failures.
HMI and SCADA support
We support HMI and SCADA systems that present equipment status, alarms and operating information. Clearer displays and useful fault messages help operators understand what the machine is doing and give maintenance teams better information when troubleshooting a problem.
Sensors, barcode systems, and drives
We troubleshoot sensors, barcode systems and drives, including how they communicate with machine controls. The work addresses missed signals, reading problems and drive faults that can interrupt sequences or prevent products from moving correctly through the process.
Machine sequence changes
We revise machine sequences to accommodate product changes, equipment modifications and improved operating methods. Changes are evaluated across the affected steps and interfaces, with attention to interlocks and safety functions, so an improvement in one part of the cycle does not create a problem elsewhere.
Controls upgrades and equipment integration
We upgrade controls and connect new equipment with existing machines and production lines. Coordinating signals, operating modes and start-stop behavior helps individual systems work together and supports equipment improvements without automatically requiring a complete line replacement.
Program backups, testing, and documentation
We preserve available program backups, test revised operation and document controls changes. Keeping usable records of the completed work gives maintenance teams a clearer starting point for future troubleshooting, recovery and equipment modifications.
