FROM EQUIPMENT PROBLEMS
TO NEW SYSTEMS
Reliable Automation supports the decommissioning and removal of conveyors and industrial machinery. We coordinate shutdown planning, disconnection, dismantling and removal around the equipment and operations that must remain in place. The work prepares facilities for replacement equipment, relocation and changes in production layout.
Shutdown planning and facility coordination
We plan removal activities around shutdown windows, access routes and active production areas. Coordinating the work sequence with facility personnel and other contractors helps limit conflicts and protect operations that must continue during the project.
Equipment isolation and mechanical/electrical disconnection
We coordinate mechanical and electrical disconnection with the facility’s authorized personnel and isolation procedures. Identifying shared utilities and connections before dismantling helps protect equipment that must remain operational and establishes a clear separation between removed and retained systems.
Conveyor and machinery dismantling
We dismantle conveyors and machinery into sections suited to the removal route and intended next use. Where equipment will be reused, identification and organization of components help preserve the information needed for storage, relocation or later reassembly.
Rigging, loading, and removal coordination
We coordinate equipment handling, rigging and loading arrangements around the size, weight and access requirements of the move. Specialist providers are included where required, with removal and transportation activities planned as part of the overall project sequence.
Equipment relocation and preparation for storage or resale
We prepare equipment for relocation, storage or resale through organized disassembly, identification and handling coordination. Keeping related components and equipment information together supports a clearer handoff and reduces confusion when the equipment reaches its next destination.
Removal of obsolete conveyors and production lines
We remove obsolete conveyors and production-line equipment while accounting for shared supports, utilities and controls. Phased removal can make space available for new uses while managing the effect on adjacent equipment and ongoing production.
Work-area cleanup and preparation for replacement equipment
We coordinate cleanup and work-area preparation following equipment removal, including the handoff to the replacement project. A defined completion condition helps avoid leftover removal work delaying the next installation.
