4-1100 uses a high-temperature silicone cover engineered for extreme thermal ranges while maintaining excellent release properties. The cover withstands -100°F to 500°F, with the carcass rated from -40°F to 250°F, ensuring stable performance in demanding heat-intensive environments.
The belt delivers consistent release and dimensional stability, making it suitable for processes where sticking, glazing, or thermal deformation must be avoided.
3 Ply Silicone Hot Stock & Water is widely used in tire and rubber manufacturing—especially on tread extruders, cementing lines, and other high-temperature transfer points where clean release and heat resistance are essential. Not recommended for batch-off lines.
