5-2732 is a 2-ply black conveyor belt for heavy duty belting.
5-2732 features the same construction benefits of the standard 220 3/16" x 1/16" STD belt, but with a Moderately Oil-Resistant (MOR) compound for environments where hydrocarbons and oily materials are present. The belt maintains a durable synthetic carcass with low stretch, good fastener retention, and excellent abrasion resistance, while offering additional protection against vegetable oils, grain oils, wood resins, and process contaminants.
The 220 1/8" x 1/16" MOR construction is commonly used to convey oily grain, oily wood chips, waste materials, and biomass. Its MOR properties make it well-suited for sewage treatment facilities, municipal waste handling, and industrial processes where moderate oil presence would otherwise reduce belt life. This belt is also applicable in agriculture, feed mills, recycling, and general material handling environments requiring a tough, impact-resistant belt with improved oil resistance.
